We are confident when you receive your order, you will be delighted with everything. However, if you are unhappy with an item or something is damaged, we will guide you through our return procedure. You can also call or email us.
What To Do If An Item Is Received Damaged
- If the shipping box is damaged, take a picture of the damaged box.
- Take a picture of the damaged product.
- Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- How To Return An Item
- Returns must be in the same condition as originally sent and postmarked (if sent USPS) or pick-up date (UPS or FedEx) within 30 days of receipt of your order, as determined by our shipment tracking information.
- Items ordered between November 1 and December 31 of this year, may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
- Returns are subject to our other return guidelines listed below.
- Customized items are not returnable.
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable. When a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- There are two ways to return an item:
- Contact customer service and we will email a return shipping label to you.

- Please be sure the returned item is securely packaged and sent with a valid tracking number as we are not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged during return. Include with your return, the reason for your return, a copy of your shipping invoice or note indicating your printed name and order number.
- When returning an item(s), utilize a service that provides a tracking methodology. If your returned package doesn't arrive to us and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Most trackable shipping services provide a minimum insurance value. If your returned product(s) are valued more than the provided minimum service, we recommend you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise being shipped.
- Returns are processed by Designs By M within 2 workdays of receipt. You will be emailed when we complete your return. Your credit card processor/bank may take longer to complete their posting of the credit.
